A history of outstanding customer service
Romanoff Heating & Cooling is a veteran in the HVAC industry. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Romanoff Heating & Cooling started installing HVAC units in single-family and multi-family platforms in 2002. Our parent company was Romanoff Electric Residential, which can trace its roots to G.E. Miller Electric, the original family business that started in 1981. Today, Romanoff Heating & Cooling owes much of its success in the HVAC industry to a customer-focused business approach that we adopted during our early years.
Romanoff Heating & Cooling expanded to Louisville in 2005, and to Charlotte in 2007. Several military-based projects facilitated the expansion across the country to Texas, Kentucky, and eventually North Carolina. In Charlotte, just like elsewhere, Romanoff Heating & Cooling is committed to putting together teams of highly trained and experienced technicians who can apply their expertise to this community.
Technically sound. Customer focused.
When it comes to HVAC service, repair and installation, many companies focus on sales. They want to replace your unit rather than fix it. And while unit replacement is necessary in some situations, you can rest assured that it is never Romanoff’s primary goal. Our experienced, NATE-certified technicians will always give you a comprehensive HVAC inspection and explain your repair options before they try to sell you a new unit. Our technicians are thoroughly trained to identify problems and deliver the level of service you would expect from a leading HVAC company.
We always have your best interest in mind at Romanoff Heating & Cooling. That’s why we perform drug testing and background checks on all our employees. Our primary focus is on you – the customer – and hiring the best, most qualified people is integral to that commitment. When you call on Romanoff Heating & Cooling for furnace and air conditioning repairs, maintenance or replacement, you can expect upfront quotes, convenient appointment times, and quality service – we guarantee it.
